Shaheed Al Hafed (refugee camps) June 26, 2010 (SPS) - The Saharawi Youth Union (UJSARIO considered that the youth and students programme of 2011 will be an important milestone to frame, rehabilitate and involve the Saharawi youth in educating, serving and developing the Saharawi community, according to the programme’s document.

The programme includes five main stations framing youth activities during the period from June 29 to August 31, 2011, the document reveled.

The annual conference of the student’s branches to be held on June 29-30 in the refugee camp of Smara comes at the forefront of these stations. It is a political station to evaluate programmes and activities of the student’s branches and its structures, as well as academic achievements, stop at the situation and concerns of the Saharawi youth by analysis.

The caravan of solidarity with the Intifada of Independence is the second station. It focused on supporting the Intifada(uprising) of Independence in the occupied territories of Western Sahara and south Morocco as well as publicizing the situation of human rights.

The programme will also witness launch of innovative strategy, the summer school for youth’s cadres, which aims mainly to provide political content for youth and student’s cadres. It will constitute a space for communication between youth cadres and Polisario Front leaders to take advantage of the outcome of their experiences in the field and be aware of the latest developments concerning the national cause.

a camp for The Saharawi scout , will  be set up in Akhshah (liberated zone) and general conference of the Saharawi Students Union (UESARIO), which evaluates the Union’s programme of action during a complete term and renews its structure, are the final station in the 2011 youth and students programme.
