Prime Minister felicitates his Ugandan counterpart on his appointment

 Bir Lehlu  (Liberated Territories), June 2, 2011 (SPS) – The Prime Minister, Abdelkader Taleb Omar, has congratulated the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uganda, H.E. Mr Amama Mbabazi, on the occasion of his appointment, in a letter Wednesday.

“On the occasion of your appointment as Prime Minister of the brotherly Republic of Uganda, I would like to address this letter, on behalf of the people and Government of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, to express to your Excellency our most sincere congratulations and to wish you much success in discharging your new mission,” said the SADR Prime Minister in his letter.

“The Republic of Uganda has been a staunch supporter of the Sahrawi people and their legitimate cause. We would also like to express our profound appreciation for the overwhelming solidarity and generous support that your great brotherly country has constantly extended to our people in their just struggle for self-determination, freedom, democracy and peace.”

“We would like to renew to your Excellency our strong resolve to further consolidate and diversify the bonds of friendship, solidarity and cooperation existing between our two brotherly peoples in the interests of our two nations,” he added. (SPS)
