Delegation of Directorate of Traditional Industries and Crafts concludes its activities at the Sfax International Exhibition in Tunisia

Sfax (Tunisia), February 2024 (SPS) - The Sahrawi delegation represented by the Directorate of Traditional Industries and Crafts of the Ministry of Economic Development, participating in the events of the Sfax International Exhibition held in Tunisia, concluded its activities after a distinguished presence in this international event that allowed it to showcase the culture of the Sahrawi people and their identity through the exhibition of various handicraft products.

The Sahrawi presence was admired by many visitors, despite the disruption caused by the Moroccan occupation and its misleading propaganda at every presence of the Sahrawi Republic in international forums. The Sahrawi issue was present in this exhibition in all its cultural and political scopes, allowing participants to learn about the struggle of the Sahrawi people in their quest to regain their rights usurped by the Moroccan occupation as the last case of decolonization in Africa.

The delegation, composed of craftsmen led by Mr. Brahim Salem Ahmed Khalifa, the Director of Traditional Industries and Crafts at the Ministry of Economic Development.
