New York, Sept 27, 2016 (SPS) - The Tanzanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Augustine Phillip Mahiga asked, on Monday, the implementation of UN resolutions of decolonization of Western Sahara, the last colony in Africa.
Mr. Mahiga, in his speech at the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly has called for "more attention" of the UN in its efforts to resolve the problems of Palestine and Western Sahara.
The head of Tanzanian diplomacy urged the international community to implement UN decisions on both issues in order to preserve the credibility of the United Nations. SPS
