Bir Lehlou, June 21, 2016 (SPS) - President of the Sahrawi Republic, Secretary-General of Frente POLISARIO, Mr. Khatri Adouh has strongly condemned the assassination of British MP Joe Cox.
It was with great sadness and consternation that the Sahrawi people and the Frente POLISARIO learnt about the untimely death of MP Jo Cox.
On behalf of the Sahrawi people and the Frente POLISARIO, I would like to convey our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy and solidarity to you, the Labour Party and to the family of the deceased at this painful time.
We condemn in the strongest terms this appalling attack on one of British committed lawmakers who, as you have rightly said, “had a lifelong record of public service and a deep commitment to humanity”. SPS
