In a statement made public today, ISACOM highlights the information released by the Saharawi information medium "Nushatta Foundation", which reported that "the Moroccan police have launched their campaign of harassment and arrests against Sahrawi civilians in the occupied areas of the Western Sahara.before the football game with the arrest of the president of the “Nushatta Foundation”, Luali Lhammd, who was taken to an unknown place, blindfolded, where he was subjected to torture and threats of rape ”.
