The conference, which is organized annually in different European countries and this time in Barcelona, ​​will allow participants to appeal Spain to review the Madrid Tripartite Agreement and recognize the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination, taking advantage of its presidency of the Council Security Council in December, "added Mr. Hamoudi Bouchraya Bayune.
 
"The participation of the EU Court of Justice (CJUE) at the conference is proof that" Europe does not recognize the sovereignty of Morocco over the Saharawi territory, "added the Saharawi diplomat.
 
The conference will call on the international community to pressure the UN to assume its responsibilities and work to develop "a strategy and set a date for the holding of the referendum on self-determination for the Saharawi people and to end the Moroccan occupation of Territory of Western Sahara ".
