El Aaiún (Saharawi Republic), July 28, 2021 (SPS) - The League for the Protection of Sahrawi Prisoners reported that it has received data on the humiliating and inhumane conditions of the Saharawi political prisoner Hassanna Ahmed Salem Bureal, who is in the local prison of Ait Melloul 1, in Morocco, he was also subject to medical negligence after being denied transfer to hospital for treatment and necessary medication.
It should be remembered that several international human rights organizations have drawn attention to the seriousness of the conditions and circumstances of detention of all Sahrawi political prisoners in Moroccan prisons, especially in light of the outbreak of the new coronavirus and its mutated strains, having take into account the restrictions imposed and the deprivation of their most basic legitimate rights.
