Shaheed Al-Hafed, March 17, 2018 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, on Saturday issued a presidential decree appointing a member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, former prime minister, Abdelkader Talib Omar, as Ambassador to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
“Based on the powers vested in him by the Constitution of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, on March 17, 2018, issued a presidential decree appointing member of the National Secretariat, Abdelkader Talib Omar, Ambassador of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria,” stated the decree.
