Shaheed Al-Hafed, October 28, 2018 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, on Sunday presided over a meeting of the Council of Ministers, at the Presidency of the Republic.
The agenda of the meeting includes the evaluation of the annual program of the government for 2018 and the preparation of the annual program for 2019, examining the latest developments related to the Sahrawi issue, and the achievements made by the Sahrawi state.
In his opening speech, the President of the Republic highlighted that the meeting took place at a time when the national issue has been winning successive victories, including the dedication of the Sahrawi Republic as an effective member of the African continent despite the Moroccan attempts to disrupt, especially in the specialized meetings (what happened recently in Tokyo), and the attempt to undermine the unity of the African class.
He saluted the resoluteness of the Sahrawi masses in the occupied territories who are fighting the enemy daily, stressing that the battle is continuing until the achievement of freedom and independence
The Council of Ministers will also listen to a detailed presentation by the Coordinator with the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO,) Amhamed Khaddad, on the latest developments of the legal battle related to natural resources, as well as the developments at the United Nations.
