Minister of State in a working visit to the Sahara Press Service

Shaheed Al Hafed (refugee camps), Feb 12, 2012 (SPS) - The Minister of State, Mr. Bashir Mustapha Sayad, made Saturday a working visit to the Sahara Press Service (SPS), to see how it works and discuss the various issues with its journalists.

The Minister informed about the obstacles and concerns that face the work of the journalists, before he gave some instructions and advices to the journalists.

Mr. Bashir Mustapha Sayad congratulated the SPS staff for the continuous and field coverage made by the SPS to the Saharawi national action on the different fronts.

He also valued the qualitative progress occurred in the SPS, despite its modest possibilities compared to the challenges and bets experienced by the Saharawi cause, underlying in the same regard that the responsibility placed on the SPS requires “a continuous presence in all areas and fields of the daily national action.”

The Saharawi Minister finally praised the efforts made by the journalists for the advancement of SPS work in order to remain a reference to the Saharawi media discourse, in accordance with the decisions of the Polisario 13th Congress, and to confront the media war with the enemy in light of an unequal means.
