London, Jan 27, 2013 (SPS) - Office of the POLISARIO Representation to London has launched a campaign across Britain to aware about the military trial of Gdeim Izik detainees at Morocco’s Sale Court, scheduled for February 1st, according to POLISARIO representative to London Mr. Mohamed Limam Ali.
The campaign will be marked by several activities in the aim to raise awareness about the tragic situation of human rights in Western Sahara, especially in the case of Gdeim Izik prisoners who are expected to appear before Moroccan military trial on February 1st.
Saharawi representative said that there will be awareness activities at the level of British parliament and government, adding that he will ask the British government to send observers to attend the military trial of Gdeim izik detainees.
The group was arrested after the Moroccan forces attacked Gdeim Izik camp on November 2010. (SPS)
