Cairo, May 11, 2013 (SPS) - The Saharawi students in the Arab Republic of Egypt celebrated Friday evening the fortieth anniversary of the creation of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Saguia el Hamra and Rio de Oro (Spanish acronym; POLISARIO).
The Saharawi students staged outside the headquarters of Arab League, where they raised banners emphasizing the Saharawi people’s attachment to the POLISARIO Front as their sole and legitimate representative, calling for allowing the people of Western Sahara to enjoy his right to self-determination.
It note worthy that Saharawi people (in the refugee camps, occupied territories, diaspora, south of Morocco, university sites as well as inside and outside Morocco) commemorated yesterday, Friday 10th May, the fortieth anniversary of POLISARIO Front. (SPS)
