Chahid Al Hafed (refugee camps), Dec 24, 2013 (SPS) - “At least 1000 participants, of which 200 foreign participants and 787 Saharawi delegates, will take part at the 8th congress of UJSARIO,” Mr. Mousa Selma, Secretary General of the Saharawi Youth Union (UJSARIO) Mr. Mousa Selma told SPS.
Several festivities will be organized as from next Saturday to conclude the one-year long celebrations of Polisario Front’s 40th Anniversary, said Mr. Mousa Selma.
On January 1st, participants of UJSARIO’s 8th Congress, including the foreigners, will stage a vigil in front of the Moroccan Wall of Shame, which separates Western Sahara territory and people.
Several workshops on youth and human rights will be organized on the sidelines of the three-day congress.
The Congress will be held in the period from 28th to 30th December 2013 in the Wilaya of Auserd, Saharawi Refugee Camps. (SPS)
