Birlehlu (Liberated Territories), September 1, 2014 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mohamed Abdelaziz, has denounced Moroccan’s continuous state of siege on the occupied territories of Western Sahara and policy of deterrence and expulsion against independent international observers.
In a letter Sunday to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, the President of the Republic confirmed the Moroccan authorities banned a Spanish delegation representing the associations of solidarity with the Sahrawi people in Castilla Leon, led by the mayor of Zamora and member of the Popular Party, from entering the occupied territories of Western Sahara.
The President of the Republic pointed out that the Moroccan state intends by this to hide the compound crimes of illegal military occupation, gross violations of human rights, pillage of the riches and unfair siege of the occupied territories of Western Sahara. (SPS)
