Bir Lehlou (liberated zones), Oct 30, 2014 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Frente Polisario, Mr. Mohamed Abdelaziz, on Wednesday sent a message of condolences to the Acting President of Zambia, Mr. Guy Scott, following the passing away of the late President Michael Sata.
President Mohamed Abdelaziz expressed “heartfelt condolences” to the government and people of the Republic of Zambia, and the “most sincere sentiments of sympathy and solidarity” with the bereaved and grief-stricken family of the late President Sata.
With the passing away of the late President Michael Sata, writes the President of the Republic, Africa “has lost one of its leaders and faithful sons, who dedicated his life to the progress and wellbeing of the peoples of the African continent.”

Your Excellency,
It is with immense and deep sorrow that we have received the news of the passing away of the late President of the Republic of Zambia, Mr. Michael Sata.
In those difficult moments of sadness and grief, I would like to offer the most heartfelt condolences, in the name of the people and government of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic and on my own behalf, to the government and people of the Republic of Zambia, and express the most sincere sentiments of sympathy and solidarity with his bereaved and grief-stricken family.
With the passing away of the late President Michael Sata, Africa has lost one of its leaders and faithful sons, who dedicated his life to the progress and wellbeing of the peoples of the African continent.
May his soul rest in peace.
