São Paulo (Brazil), May 27, 2015 (SPS) - The Association of Families of Saharawi Prisoners and Disappeared (AFAPREDESA) has organized an exhibition to spread awareness about the Sahrawi issue, during the 4th edition of International Conference on Human Rights, held in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The exhibition was an opportunity for the participants to get to know human rights violations taking place in the occupied territories of Western Sahara and in southern Morocco.
In the same regard, Polisario Front’s Representative to Brazil met with the President of the Human Rights Commission in the Brazilian Senate, Mr. Paulo Baym, where he informed him about human rights situation in Western Sahara, in particular the conditions of political prisoners, cases of disappearance and torture, and also the mass graves recently discovered in Fedrat Leguea region.
