Stockholm(Sweden) June 9, 2015 (SPS) – Sahrawi Youth Group for Youth Development has attended the program “Connecting Leaders for Positive Change”, organized in Sweden with the participation of more than 25 participants from Arab countries and civil society activists and specialists in the social, media and cultural fields.
The participation was opportunity to the representative of the Sahrawi Youth Ms. Minatu Larabas Swaidat to visit many of the Swedish government institutions where young leaders view closely the Sweden experience in the field of Civil Society and voluntary work.
The Sahrawi question and the suffering of the Sahrawi people in the Occupied Territories and in the Refugee Camps was presented in the different stage of the program.
To be mentioned, Connecting Leaders for Positive Change is a program supervised by the Swedish Institute, which is a government institution of the Swedish foreign minister aimed at improving the image of Sweden around the world.SPS
