Bir Lahlou (Liberated Territories), February 09, 2023 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, received a congratulatory message from his Namibian counterpart, Mr. Hagi Geingob, in which he congratulated him on his re-election as Secretary General of the Polisario Front and President of the Sahrawi Republic at the Sixteenth Congress of the Polisario Front.
In his congratulatory message, Mr. Hagi Geingob renewed to President Brahim Ghali Namibia's firm commitment to support the right to self-determination and freedom for the people of Western Sahara.
He also expressed his hope that the United Nations will play its decisive role in the issue of Western Sahara, as it did in the case of Namibia.
