London, 1 November 2013 (SPS) - Adala UK has expressed concern about the situation of Sahrawi political prisoner Larousi Abdeljalil Lemghaimad who was again 'suffering from the effects of high blood pressure which caused further nosebleeds', in statement Thursday.
The Organisation said ‘given that the prison authorities have failed to acknowledge the seriousness of this situation, which can result in death, and despite continuous calls for them to do so based on the urgency of the situation, it is necessary to raise the call for help to all international organisations including Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, the Human Rights Council and others, so that the health of Laroussi Abdeljalil is immediately attended to and that his hospitalization is not delayed any further’.
