Melbourne (Australia), December 19, 2014 (SPS) - Australia Western Sahara Association (AWSA) organized Thursday in Melbourne protest in front of the seat where the Australian company Incitec Pivot annual general assembly was held, said a statement of the Polisario Front representation in Australia.

The supporters of the Saharawi people addressed the looting of phosphate carried out by the Australian company Incitec Pivot in complicity with the Moroccan regime.

The members of the Australia Western Sahara Association asked questions during the meeting to the company officials on the illegal exploitation of natural resources of the last colony in Africa, as well as the continuing human rights violations in the occupied territories of the Western Sahara.

Following the decision of other Australian companies to quit as a result of local and international pressure, Incitec Pivot is the only company that remained involved in the pillaging of the natural resources of the Western Sahara, it should be recalled. (SPS)
