Saharawi political prisoner Ahmed S'bai starts unlimited hunger strike

Salé, March 24, 2015 (SPS) - Saharawi political prisoner Ahmed S'bai started Monday unlimited hunger strike to protest against the miserable conditions and mistreatment of the administration in Salé jail 1, according to Sahrawi human rights source.

 

This hunger strike is a means to pressure the jail administration to open a file on the physical and psychological torture of the human rights activist by their jailers.

 

The Saharawi political prisoner Ahmed S'bai is a member of the Group of Sahrawi Political Prisoners "GdeimIzik" and he was condemned to a sentence of life imprisonment (SPS).
