Flooding have opened the eyes of the international community on an alarming situation in the camps (Sahrawi official)

Addis Ababa, November 10, 15 (SPS) - The President of the Saharawi Red Crescent (SRC), Mr Buhubeini Yahya Buhubeini said Sunday that the recent floods and rains that hit the Saharawi camps have opened the eyes of the international community.

 

The head of the MLRS praised the solidarity of the African Union and its rapid support and humanitarian aid to Sahrawi refugees in the disaster that hit the Saharawi camps during a meeting of countries of North and Central Africa held in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa to discuss the African position on humanitarian issues.

 

Buhubeini who heads the Saharawi delegation has briefed the participants on the natural disaster that recently affected the Saharawi refugee camps. (SPS)
