Algiers, November 23, 2015 (SPS) - The Personal Envoy of the Secretary General of the United Nations for Western Sahara, Mr. Christopher Ross, arrived Monday in Algiers in the first stage of his new tour in the region in an attempt to revive negotiations between the Polisario Front and Morocco.
The UN envoy was received by Algerian Minister for Maghreb Affairs, the African Union and the Arab League, Abdelkader Messahel, before being received by the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and international Cooperation, Ramtane Lamamra, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Algiers.
