Shaheed al-Hafed (refugee camps)- President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, affirmed Sunday that the Sahrawi cause is growing stronger at the regional, continental and international levels in the face of the isolation imposed by the Moroccan occupier and its desperate attempts to get in the way of the Sahrawi people’s diplomatic victories.
Chairing on Sunday the 11th ordinary session of the national secretariat of the Polisario Front, Ghali said that “this session comes at a time when the national cause is growing stronger at the regional, continental and international levels in the face of the isolation imposed by the Moroccan occupier and its desperate attempts to get in the way of the Sahrawi people’s diplomatic victories.”
For him, “this isolation has encouraged the Moroccan occupier to wage a psychological and media war against the Sahrawi people, by resorting to the vilest practices, unveiling its bitter failure in the face of the Sahrawi people’s unity and bravery.”
Underlining “the regional situation and the allies’ rigid position,” Ghali broached the ongoing preparations for the holding “in good conditions” of the 15th Polisario Front Congress and make it a milestone in the preparation for a new fighting strategy and progress towards the achievement of the Sahrawi people’s aspirations for freedom and independence.” (SPS)
