Moscow (Russia), August 17, 2024 (SPS) - The past few days have been marked by a number of meetings and arrangements to welcome an artistic band representing the Sahrawi Republic, which will arrive in Moscow on Saturday morning.
All the necessary arrangements have been completed to receive the Al-Joudour artistic band, which will present a number of evenings of authentic traditional art of the Sahrawi people, culminating in an official artistic evening at the Moscow State Peter Tchaikovsky Institute, which will be attended by a large gathering of lovers of ethnic art and those in solidarity with the legitimate struggle of the Sahrawi people.
Dr. Ali Salem Mohamed Fadel, the representative of the Polisario Front in the Russian Federation, held the final meetings with the administration organizing the 18th Meeting of Friends music festival, where Ms. Margarita Ivanovna, responsible for this artistic event, expressed her gratitude for the participation of the Sahrawis in this important event, confirming her welcome to the Sahrawi Al-Joudour artistic band and her full support for the cause of the Sahrawi people in their just struggle and their legitimate and non-negotiable right to self-determination and independence.
