Kigali (Rwanda), August 13, 2024 (SPS) - Member of the National Secretariat and President of the National Council, Mr. Hamma Salama, concluded his visit to Rwanda on Monday, after participating in the inauguration ceremony of the Rwandan President, Mr.Paul Kagame, representing the President of the Republic, Mr. Brahim Ghali.
The President of the National Council was bid farewell at the Kigali International Airport by the Minister of Youth of Rwanda, Dr. Utumatwishima Jean Nepo Abdallah.
The President of the National Council participated on Sunday, in the inauguration ceremony of the Rwandan President Paul Kagame, along with a number of heads of state and government.
The President of the National Council held bilateral meetings with several delegations participating in the inauguration ceremony.
Paul Kagame has been sworn in for a fourth term as Rwanda's president after winning 99% of the vote in last month's election.
