Kigali (Rwanda), August 10, 2024 (SPS) - The member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, the President of the National Council, Mr. Hamma Salama, arrived Saturday in the Rwandan capital Kigali, representing the President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the Rwandan President Paul Kagame.
Ms. Grace Nyinawumuntu, the Director General of the Europe, America and International Organizations Department at the Rwandan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was at the reception to welcome the President of the National Council.
The President of the National Council is scheduled to join other heads of state, on Sunday, to attend the inauguration ceremony of President Paul Kagame, who was re-elected President of the Republic of Rwanda.
